Shipping

All orders purchased through our website will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout via the weight (kg) of your order.

You will have the choice of 3 shipping services as follows:

​

-Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Business Days)

-Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Business Days)

-Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature (1-2 Business Days) Requires a signature on delivery.

Free Shipping is offered on all orders with a total product value of £50.00 and above. When an order is placed above the value of £50.00, we will use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature service to ship your item even if a different shipping service has been selected on checkout.

While we aim to always use the shipping method you select for your order, we reserve the right to use another courier/service if we are unable to ship via your selected shipping method.

All orders will be sent via a tracked service where possible.

​

A Notification will be sent to your provided email address once your order has been shipped and any tracking information will be provided. Please also check your spam email account for this notification.

We aim to ship your order by then end of the next working day.

​

Please note we only ship to the UK. If you require shipping outside of the UK please contact us and we will provide assistance where possible.
